Ed-Zoo-Cate Program

Ed-Zoo-Cate-Billings

Budding zoologists can get an insider's look at Zoo Montana's animals and exhibits by participating in our interactive Ed-Zoo-Cate program. They'll meet like-minded girls and experts who'll offer interesting facts about animal care, habitats, and receive a visit from some of the animal inhabitants!
The goal of the program is to connect Girl Scouts with nature by enhancing their understanding and appreciation for the wonderful diversity of nature and the animals that thrive there.
It's Your Story-Tell It! Journey book '5 Flowers, 4 Stories, 3 Cheers for Animals' encourages networking with your community and this is a great animal connection to make! Brownies this is also an opportunity to identify a community place where you can Take Action and work towards the Take Action Key in the Brownie Quest Journey.
After the Ed-Zoo-Cate program your registration fee also allows you to tour the 70 acre zoological park which has a unique and interesting collection of approximately 50% exotic and 50% native species.
Since this is a winter program, space is limited for girls and supervising adults. Supervising adults must register at the GSMW office or online to receive the same discounted entrance fee as the girls. Unregistered adults will not be admitted to the program.
